Fasteners master distributor LindFast Solutions Group (LSG) has launched a new digital commerce platform that connects three of its largest fastener brands.
Blaine, MN-based LSG announced Sept. 1 the launch of shop.lindfastgrp.com for U.S. customers, bringing together products and ordering capabilities from Star Stainless Screw Company, Stelfast and Lindstrom Fasteners. The company plans to expand the platform into Canada in 2027.
The platform enables customers to place orders online while retaining access to LSG’s technical sales organization for sourcing, application guidance and other support. It is part of a broader omnichannel strategy that also encompasses ERP integrations, eProcurement platforms, automated purchasing workflows and traditional sales engagement.
“This launch represents an important milestone in our digital transformation journey, but it is only the beginning,” LSG CEO Mike Spencer said. The company said it expects to continue investing in integrations and other digital capabilities that allow customers to move between purchasing and engagement channels.
The launch follows a particularly active stretch for the Nautic Partners portfolio company. In August, MDM detailed nine senior leadership appointments and promotions made since December 2025. Those moves included:
- Senior Vice President of Operations, North America
- Vice President and Corporate Controller
- Vice President of Stelfast
- Chief Financial Officer
- Vice President of Corporate FP&A
- Vice President of Sales Operations
- Vice President and General Manager of LSG Canada
- Senior Vice President of Corporate Development
- Vice President of Value-Added Services and Quality
Those appointments followed the June 2025 promotion of former Wesco executive Mike Spencer to CEO. Spencer had joined LindFast as Vice President of Sales in December 2024 after a lengthy career at Anixter and Wesco.
LSG has also expanded through M&A. Its most recent acquisition was AZ Wire & Cable, a 2025 deal that diversified the company into industrial, commercial and specialty wire and cable while adding nine U.S. locations.
