SBP Holdings Appoints Craig Osborne President and CEO

Outgoing President and CEO Don Fritzinger will become SBP’s chairman and remain engaged with the business and industry.

The board of directors of Houston-based industrial distributor SBP Holdings this week announced the appointment of Craig Osborne as the company’s next president and CEO.

Since joining SBP in 2013, Osborne has held various senior roles, including vice president and CFO. Most recently, he served as the company’s vice president and COO. His prior experience includes stints at Thermo Fisher Scientific, McKesson and Hewlett Packard.

Don Fritzinger, company president and CEO since 2016, is now SBP’s chairman and will remain engaged with the business and industry.

“I am honored and energized by the opportunity,” Osborne said. “We have a fantastic team and business model in place. I look forward to continue growing organically and through opportunistic acquisitions.”
