Industrial equipment distributor OTC Industrial Technologies acquired Fleetwood Industrial Products and P-M Industrial — both in southeast Pennsylvania.

Established in 1968, Fleetwood Industrial Products (Boothwyn, PA) supplies components for rotating equipment, including couplings, seals, gaskets, non-metallic bearings, packings, pumps and mechanical seals. The company also manufactures lube oil skids, consoles and various API 52 and 53 systems.

In 2018, Fleetwood partnered with P-M Industrial (Easton, PA), a provider of fluid sealing products. Founded in 1964, P-M Industrial supplies mechanical seals, gaskets, packings, lubrication products and other rotating equipment maintenance items. The company serves customers in the chemical, power, pharmaceutical, marine and municipal sectors across New Jersey and New York City.

OTC said the acquisition is part of its continued investment in service and repair operations, adding resources and expertise to support its expanding customer base in the region.

“Fleetwood’s Diamond Level status is a direct reflection of their technical depth, quality standards, and ability to solve complex challenges for customers in oil & gas, chemical, power, manufacturing, and more,” OTC Rotating Equipment Group President Brett Stanton said in an Aug. 12 news release. “This acquisition strengthens our strategic footprint in the Northeast and aligns perfectly with OTC’s goal of expanding our world-class service and repair network.”

OTC’s most recent previous acquisition was of two Baton Rouge, LA-based companies — Premier Equipment Corporation and Premier Control Systems — announced in February.
