Staples implemented the Manhattan Active Warehouse Management (WM) system across nine of its U.S. B2B fulfillment centers, with plans to expand the rollout to all remaining facilities by the end of 2026.

Framingham, MA-based Staples said its new warehouse management system streamlines operations, reduces fulfillment errors and improves inventory accuracy. The scalable solution integrates with modern supply chain systems, helping Staples optimize operations and boost efficiency across its network. The new warehouse management system also includes advanced cross-docking capabilities, enhancing order handling for both small businesses and large enterprises.
