In its fifth deal of the year, specialty construction supplies and safety product distributor White Cap acquired Virginia-based full-service rebar fabricator Rebar Solutions to its Northwest region.
Rebar Solutions, which fabricates and distributes steel rebar and pre-assembled products in the industrial and commercial end markets, is now part of the White Cap suite of brands, branches and value-added services.
“By uniting with the skilled teams at Rebar Solutions, we extend our product and service offerings to our valued customers in the Mid-Atlantic market and enhance our ability to deliver what our customers need, when and where they need it,” White Cap CEO Alan Sollenberger said in a June 7 news release.
In May, White Cap acquired WWJ Rebar, another rebar fabricator in Aiken, SC.
