Specialty construction supplies and safety products distributor White Cap announced May 5 that it has acquired Concrete Systems, Inc. — a distributor of concrete accessories and rental formwork serving construction markets in the U.S. Southwest.

Terms were not disclosed.

In business since 1968, CSI is based in Albuquerque, NM with a second location in El Paso, TX.
