Aerospace products distributor Bron Tapes — a brand of Rotunda Capital Partners-owned Bron Aerotech — acquired NSL Aerospace.

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Based in Magnolia, TX, NS is a distributor of aerospace adhesives, sealants, rotables and consumables serving the aviation and aerospace industry in the U.S. and internationally. Established in 1989, the company has approximately 50 employees and is certified to AS 9100D and ISO 9001:2015 through NSF-ISR. It is also Nadcap accredited. NSL provides custom packaging and distribution of liquid adhesives and sealants to MRO, airline, OEM and military customers.

Denver, CO-based Bron Tapes is part of Brons Aerotech, which is an AS 9100D and ISO 9001:2015 certified producer, converter and distributor of engineered films, fabrics, foils, space foams and tapes that meet aerospace OEM specifications. The company has over 47 years of experience in industrial and aerospace material applications.
