Plumbing, HVACR and PVF supplies distributor F.W. Webb opened a new branch in Middlebury, VT, as part of a strategic expansion across the Northeast.
The 35,000-square-foot building will join other investments in the region. In June, the company announced it was consolidating its Rochester, NY operations into a single expanded facility. Other recent facility investments were made in Swanzey, NH; and Canastota, NY.
“Based on customer input, we identified Middlebury as a community that would benefit from our 16 areas of expertise, especially with the breadth of product we maintain on site,” F.W. Webb Chief Operating Officer Bob Mucciarone said in a Sept. 29 news release. “For everyone from one-van contractors to institutional operations managers, we provide the vital resources needed to construct and maintain facilities and infrastructure across the region.”
“We’re investing here to ensure our customers have dependable, efficient solutions nearby for every phase of every project,” he added.
According to the press release, F.W. Webb’s wholesale store will provide a full-service experience with thousands of plumbing, heating, HVAC, industrial and other general work products under one roof. The location also includes a training center to accommodate certifications for tradespeople, product demonstrations and other industry-related education.
F.W. Webb was ranked No. 28 on MDM’s 2025 Top Distributors List for Industrial Supplies, No. 7 for HVACR and No. 6 for Plumbing.
Alongside the wholesale operation, a modern Frank Webb Home showroom will soon be open that features kitchen, bath, and lighting solutions for homeowners, designers and contractors.
