Englewood, CO-based building materials distributor Kodiak Building Partners promoted Mike Flood to Chief Operating Officer.
In this role, Flood will oversee operations across Kodiak’s nationwide family of operating companies, ensuring alignment, efficiency and support of every local business for continued growth.
Flood brings more than 35 years of experience in the industry. He joined the Kodiak family in 2014 when the company acquired New England Building Supply, where he served as Co-President. According to the company, he has been instrumental in advancing Kodiak’s operational strategy and growth as Executive Vice President of Operations, where he aligned local companies with Kodiak’s broader initiatives and oversaw marketing and national accounts.
