TopBuild Corp.—  distributor and installer of insulation and related building materials — acquired Applied Coatings and Upstate Spray Foam, based in Winfield, NY.

According to a Feb. 3 news release, the two distributors together generate approximately $20 million in annual revenue, primarily installing spray foam and fireproofing for residential and commercial end markets in New York, Pennsylvania and Massachusetts.

The move strengthens the TopBuild’s presence in the U.S. Northeast.

Daytona Beach, FL-based TopBuild now has over 250 distribution branches across the U.S. and Canada alongside over 200 installation services branches in the U.S.

TopBuild’s Specialty Distribution business unit ranks No. 15 on MDM’s list of Top Building Materials/Construction Distributors.
