MRO supplies distributor Grainger announced that its board has selected 12 candidates to serve for the 2025-2026 term, along with the retirement of long-time board member Stuart Levenick.
All of the candidates are current board members and will be presented for a vote at the company’s 2025 Annual Meeting of Shareholders. The slate of candidates includes:

- George Davis
- Katherine Jaspon
- Christopher Klein
- G. Macpherson
- Cindy Miller
- Neil Novich
- Beatriz Perez
- Scott Santi
- Susan Slavik Williams
- Lucas Watson
- Steven White
After 19 years of service, Stuart Levenick will retire from the board and will not seek re-election. Levenick has been a board member since 2005, contributing to the Audit Committee, the Board Affairs and Nominating Committee and serving as Lead Director.

“I want to express my sincere gratitude to Stu for his remarkable leadership, dedication and the immense value he brought to Grainger for the last 19 years,” Grainger Chairman and CEO D.G. Macpherson said in a Feb. 19 news release. “His impact will be lasting, and I wish him all the best as he embarks on his well-deserved retirement.”
Grainger reported its 2024 fourth quarter and full-year sales on Jan. 31, which showed that the company achieved an all-time high in sales for the year. Grainger posted total 2024 sales of $17.2 billion, up 4.2% year-over-year with daily, organic sales up 4.7%. For its fourth quarter, the company reported sales of $4.23 billion, an increase of 5.9% year-over-year, with daily, organic sales up 4.7%.
