In its second transaction announced in 2025 and in a little more than two weeks, HVACR, plumbing and industrial PVF distributor Winsupply shared that it acquired United Lighting & Supply.
Terms were not disclosed, but ULS will operate as United Lighting & Supply, A Winsupply Company.

Headquartered in Fort Walton Beach, FL, ULS specializes in distributing electrical equipment, supplies, lighting and household appliances, serving a broad range of markets including residential, commercial, industrial and government construction and maintenance. The company’s Fort Walton Beach location features a showroom for lighting and appliances.
ULS operates from three additional locations in Pensacola, Destin and Lynn Haven, FL, with lighting and appliance showrooms in both Pensacola and Destin. The company employs 34 people and serves customers across southeastern Alabama and northwest Florida.

Winsupply’s most recent previous acquisition was of Olathe, KS-based Industrial Sales, announced on May 7.
The company was No. 2 on MDM’s Top Distributors List for Plumbing, No. 3 for HVACR, No. 6 for Industrial PVF and No. 5 for Industrial Supplies.
