HVACR, plumbing and industrial PVF distributor Winsupply acquired Industrial Sales Co.

Terms were not disclosed, but this is Winsupply’s first bold-on of 2025.

Based in Olathe, KS, Industrial Sales supplies drainage pipes and fittings to residential and commercial contractors. Established in 1973, the company has expanded its product offerings to include PVC pipes and fittings, water and sewer systems, gas distribution accessories and irrigation equipment.

Industrial Sales Co. maintains a secondary location in Omaha, NE, and operates under a “Service Plus” model, which supports its sales and service teams across two divisions — Utility Division and Landscape Division.

“Our business models aligned in several areas, including a strong customer focus backed by a team of creative, problem solvers with an entrepreneurial mindset,” Winsupply President Jeff Dice said in a May 7 news release. “Winsupply continues to be acquisitive, both strategic and opportunistic, with a focus on creating entrepreneurs.”

Winsupply’s most recent previous acquisition was of Texas-based Epic Supply, LLC, completed on October 2. The company also invested a minority stake in Dayton, OH-based AI solutions provider Mined XAI, announced on March 6.

The company was No. 2 on MDM’s Top Distributors List for Plumbing, No. 3 for HVACR, No. 6 for Industrial PVF and No. 5 for Industrial Supplies.
