HVACR, plumbing and industrial PVF products distributor Winsupply welcomed a new local company with the opening of Winsupply Midlothian, TX, and shared updates on the company’s expected 2025 annual revenue and greenfield expansion.
Led by President James Fulton and a team of seven employees, Winsupply of Midlothian, TX will serve the residential and commercial HVAC industry. The location officially opened on July 7.
The facility spans 46,000 square feet with 7,000 square feet of outdoor storage under construction. It includes 12 dock doors for shipping and receiving. A 1,250-square-foot addition is also being built to accommodate training and installation classes.

Before joining Winsupply in June 2024, Fulton spent 23 years in the HVAC industry. His background includes roles such as truck driver, counter sales, director of sales and territory manager.
“You are able to be an owner of a business in partnership with a fantastic company,” Fulton added. “The people I met on my initial visit to Dayton, to see if Winsupply was a fit for me and my family, made the decision easy.”
Expansion & Revenue Outlook
Winsupply added that it plans to open 20 new local companies across the U.S. in 2025.
The company said it is expecting to generate nearly $8.3 billion in annual sales this year, which would top 2024’s $7.9 billion.
