Fort Worth, TX-based MRO, OEM and industrial technology products provider Distribution Solutions Group, Inc. (DSG) acquired Eastern Valve & Control Specialties Ltd. —a provider of industrial valve products and related services supporting customers across Atlantic Canada, as part of its DSG’s Canadian Branch and Source Atlantic subsidiaries.

Eastern Valve, located in Paradise, Newfoundland, Canada, supplies and services valves, instrumentation, actuation and ancillary product solutions throughout Atlantic Canada.

Founded in 2002, Eastern Valve supplies industrial valves, instrumentation and flow-control solutions across a range of industrial and infrastructure applications.

In a March 10 news release, DSG stated Eastern Valve is known for its technical knowledge, responsive service and commitment to supporting customers’ critical process and flow-control needs.

Eastern Valve, with annual revenues of approximately CAD$17 million, is expected to be immediately accretive to DSG and its Canadian Branch Business segment margins and was funded through the company’s existing cash and availability under its credit agreement.
