Imperial Dade Acquires R.D. McMillen in Illinois

It's already the ninth deal announced by Imperial Dade in 2024.

Foodservice packaging supplies, industrial products and JanSan supplies distributor Imperial Dade shared May 6 that it acquired R.D. McMillen — a JanSan and industrial supplies distributor based in Decatur, IL.

It represents the 85th acquisition for Imperial Dade under the leadership of Chairman Robert Tillis and CEO Jason Tillis, and its ninth deal announced so far in 2024.

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

In operation since 1964, R.D. McMillen is owned and operated by Shannon McMillen-Binder. RDM carries products in categories of janitorial, skin & personal care, foodservice, facilities & grounds, office and more.
