Fasteners, specialty wire & cable and industrial products master distributor LindFast Solutions Group has made a series of senior leadership appointments and promotions since December 2025 as the company continues to expand its organization and capabilities.
Blaine, MN-based LindFast — a Nautic Partners portfolio company — connects manufacturers with distributors across North America through a platform spanning fasteners, wire and cable, tapes and adhesives, value-added services, specialty manufacturing and quality assurance.
The company has posted nine such leadership appointments since December 2025. Here they are in reverse chronological order:
- Aug. 11 — Jerad Tuxen, Vice President of Value-Added Services and Quality: LindFast promoted Tuxen four months after he joined the company as Senior Director of Value-Add Services. Tuxen has led efforts to standardize and expand LindFast’s VAS operations while taking on increased responsibility for its quality organization. He previously spent 15 years leading Fastenal’s Industrial Services division.
- July 29 — Alex Acosta, Senior Vice President of Corporate Development: Acosta was promoted to lead LindFast’s mergers and acquisitions strategy and execution, including target identification, due diligence, transactions and post-acquisition integration. Before LindFast, he worked in private equity and investment banking and served as a director at NextEra Energy.
- June 9 — Carolyn Hasson, Vice President and General Manager of LSG Canada: Hasson joined LindFast to oversee day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives for its Canadian business. She brings experience in industrial distribution, process improvement, market expansion and customer relationships.
- June 1 — Bryan Wheeler, Vice President of Sales Operations: Wheeler was promoted from Sales Director at LindFast’s Star Stainless Screw business. He now leads the development of the company’s commercial infrastructure and sales operations strategy across North America, reporting to Chief Commercial Officer Steve Dean.
- June 1 — Alexis Euwema, Vice President of Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis: Euwema was promoted to lead LindFast’s enterprise-wide FP&A strategy. She joined LindFast through its 2025 acquisition of AZ Wire and Cable, where she served as CFO, and previously held finance leadership positions at Genuine Cable Group, Dover Corp., The Heico Companies and MillerCoors.
- April 24 — Nick Jones, Chief Financial Officer: Jones joined LindFast to oversee its global finance organization, including FP&A, accounting and investor relations. He previously served as CFO of logistics fintech platform Iron Sheepdog and spent nearly 21 years at Ferguson Enterprises in senior finance leadership roles.
- April 13 — Freddy Barr, Vice President of Stelfast: Barr was promoted after most recently serving as Regional Sales Manager for Stelfast New Jersey and Merco. A nearly 30-year fastener industry veteran, Barr joined Stelfast in 2009 and will focus on growth across Stelfast, Merco and the broader LindFast portfolio.
- Feb. 23 — Meghan Swanson, Vice President and Corporate Controller: LindFast promoted Swanson to lead its corporate controller function, with responsibility for strengthening financial processes, reporting and operational discipline as the company scales.
- Dec. 1, 2025 — Heather Skiba, Senior Vice President of Operations, North America: Skiba joined LindFast following 28 years at Anixter/Optimas. Her background spans finance, inventory management and operations, including supply chain optimization and technology-driven process improvements.
LindFast has been owned by Nautic since 2019. It was formed in 2018 through the merger of Lindstrom and Stelfast. It has made seven acquistions since, with the most recent being its 2025 addition of AZ Wire & Cable. LindFast is led by CEO Mike Spencer, CCO Steven Dean and CFO Nick Jones.
