Fasteners, tools, sealants and accessories distributor Triangle Fastener Corporation acquired DB Building Fasteners, effective Aug. 8.

Established in 1977 in Pittsburgh, PA, TFC has expanded from a single location to a national presence. The company provides products and services to the roofing, metal building, drywall and acoustical construction sectors. TFC’s offerings include proprietary brands such as Concealor, Blazer and APS500, as well as a variety of patented and trademarked solutions.
TFC said the acquisition of DB is part of the company’s broader growth strategy, aimed at increasing its presence in the western U.S. and expanding its lineup of branded products.

This move follows TFC’s acquisition of Pro Fastening Fasteners in November 2024. TFC now operates 32 locations in the U.S., along with three distribution centers and nine paint facilities. TFC said the integration of DB’s expertise and sales infrastructure is expected to support expanded service capabilities across North America.
