St. Louis-based compressed gases, dry ice and welding equipment distributor CK Supply acquired Columbia Welding and Machine. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Based in Columbia, MO, Columbia Welding and Supply is a distributor of welding supplies and compressed gases. The company has been operating for over 100 years in the region.

The Columbia Welding and Supply facility will be CK Supply’s seventh retail location across Missouri and Illinois. CK announced plans to expand the Columbia location’s services, including the addition of forklift and heating propane, welder rental and repair, dry ice, welding automation, training, specialty gases, and more.
“We are excited and appreciative about the opportunity to continue the legacy of Columbia Welding and Machine,” CK Supply CEO Brad Dunn said in a news release. “Their reputation for superior customer service and quality products is unmatched in the region.”
