Hose, fitting and rigging products distributor ARG Industrial announced the opening of its newest location in Salem, OR.
Salem marks the company’s 14th and southernmost location to date, and its second in Oregon, following the Portland branch that was acquired in 2021. The Anchorage, AK-based company — rebranded from Alaska Rubber Group in early 2023 — said it continues to invest in growth while serving customers across various industries throughout the Pacific Northwest and Alaska.

“Our new Salem location will not only expand our geographical reach southward but will combine both hose and rigging capabilities in a single location,” ARG Industrial President and CEO Mike Mortensen said March 10 news release. “We feel this value proposition sets us apart in the market. Salem is experiencing significant growth and we feel like we’re just the company to support the industries that are growing there. This new branch will help us strategically drive essential products and services to a wide variety of new and already established ARG customers.”
