Richardson, TX-based HVAC manufacturer Lennox is investing in its distribution, customer service and training infrastructure across the Dallas-Fort Worth area to support growth.
Lennox said it is enhancing its distribution network with infrastructure upgrades to support growth. It recently opened a larger Regional Distribution Center near the DFW airport to better serve regional customers with improved product availability and service.

A new 1.2-million-square-foot National distribution center in the Fort Worth area is also underway, set to open by January 2026. According to the company, both sites are part of a broader strategy to strengthen Lennox’s North American distribution network.
Lennox also opened a new Customer Experience and Training Center at its headquarters to showcase its latest residential and commercial products. The center features interactive exhibits, including low-GWP products, Lennox Powered by Samsung technology and advanced digital controls. Additionally, the facility includes HVAC training labs and five classrooms, offering hands-on technical training to over 1,000 in-person attendees annually.

“These strategic investments are a critical part of our commitment to strengthen our distribution network and enhance our customer experience,” Lennox CEO Alok Maskara, said in an April 16 news release. “By expanding our training classrooms and increasing distribution reach, we will improve speed-to-market and drive long-term value for our customers.”
