United Stationers Acquires Software Company MBS Dev

United Stationers Inc. (NASDAQ: USTR), Deerfield, IL, distributor of business, industrial and jan-san products, has acquired Denver, CO-based MBS Dev Inc. for $15 million plus an additional $3 million earn-out based on "achieving certain financial goals."
