Beacon Roofing Supply Names New CFO

Beacon Roofing Supply, Inc. (NASDAQ: BECN), Peabody, MA, has appointed Joseph M. Nowicki to the position of executive vice president, CFO and treasurer, effective March 25. Nowicki will oversee finance, information technology and investor relations.

Nowicki has been the CFO and treasurer for Spartan Motors, Inc. (NASDAQ: SPAR) since June 2009.

"Joe has a strong history of leading the finance function and has very broad base experience that makes him a perfect fit for Beacon," CEO Paul Isabella says.

Beacon Roofing Supply, Inc. ,a distributor of roofing materials and complementary building products, operates 228 branches in 38 states in the United States and across Canada.
