Building materials distributor Kodiak Building Partners appointed Mike Flores President of Zarsky Lumber Company and Vince Welch President of Sun Mountain Doors.

Zarsky supplies lumber, doors, windows, hardware and more to contractors and homeowners across Texas. Mike Flores has over 30 years of experience in the building materials industry, having led both high-volume locations and smaller home centers in markets across the state.

Sun Mountain Doors designs and builds custom wood doors, serving customers across 10 states. Vince Welch brings nearly 30 years of leadership experience in the building materials industry, with a focus on operations, team culture and business growth.
