Plumbing, HVACR, PVF, industrial and construction supplies distributor Winsupply has inked its latest acquisition in the form of Rural Pipe & Supply.

Based in Jasper, TX with a second location in Livingston, TX, Rural Pipe & Supply was founded in 1999 and is a distributor of a range of waterworks and construction-related materials that include PVC and HDPE pressure pipe, sewer pipe and fittings, irrigation pipe and cast iron pipe products. With 18 employees, the company serves contractors, municipalities and residential customers, supporting essential infrastructure and construction projects throughout East Texas.

This is Winsupply’s second acquisition of its 2027 fiscal year. It acquired Central Corp. in Wisconsin in February.
