MDM and the National Association of Wholesaler-Distributors have long had a great relationship with the Industrial Supply Association, and we’re thrilled to help ISA deliver a top-notch content program at its ISA26 conference — set for April 20-22 at Cleveland’s Huntington Convention Center.
This will be my ninth ISA spring conference, and it’s been a high-priority event where industrial distributors, manufacturers, reps and service providers come together to connect, learn and lead in this rapidly evolving channel.
On Day 2 of ISA26, the mainstage agenda kicks off with “How Technology & Innovation Are Reshaping the Industrial Channel” — a session that’s already generating big buzz because AI, automation, data strategy and digital transformation are top-of-mind for companies across the industrial supply ecosystem.
I’m set to moderate this discussion that features a trio of leaders shaping the future on this front:
- Michael Delgado, Co-Founder & CEO of Canals
- Ajay Kamble, CEO of Revalgo
- Sami Senapathy, CEO of Endeavor
I moderated an AI-focused breakout session at ISA25, and it ended up being standing room only. So I love that ISA has put this tech panel on the mainstage.
It’s going to be a great start to the day as we unpack the tools and trends that are driving change — from real-world AI applications that companies are already putting into practice to practical examples of how distributors and manufacturers are innovating to accelerate growth and customer value.
Together, our panel will explore where the most lucrative opportunities lie and what you should be thinking about right now to stay ahead. Whether you’re just starting your AI journey or scaling digital initiatives across your business, this session is designed to give you actionable insight you can use the moment you return home.
On Day 3 of ISA26, NAW’s Chief Government Relations Officer, Brian Wild, returns to the ISA stage for a Legislative Luncheon that will provide an update on U.S. policy and regulatory matters impacting the industrial supply channel. NAW’s role on this front has kept Brian in high-demand to go far beyond the tariff and regulatory headlines to discuss the context around them and the things distributors and manufacturers should be watching for potential market impacts.
This is part of an ISA26 agenda that also features a pre-conference interactive AI workshop, an opening party at the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, industrial sector deep dives and the event’s exhibit hall that facilitates pre-scheduled business meetings between current channel partners and potential new ones.
