City Electric Supply reported a 10% year-over-year increase in North American sales for its fiscal 2025-2026, marking the Dallas-based electrical distributor’s seventh consecutive fiscal year of strong performance.
CES said its U.S. net sales increased 9.33% year-over-year, while its five-year compound annual growth rate for U.S. net sales reached 14.23%. In Canada, net sales increased 14.04% year-over-year, with a five-year CAGR of 12.53%.
The company said its results were supported by rising sales, branch expansion, operational investment and continued development of its workforce.
“Our results from this fiscal year reflect the dedication of our team members and the relationships they’ve built with customers across North America,” CES Co-CEO John Gray said in a July 28 news release. “By empowering our branches to make decisions that best serve their communities, we continue growing while staying true to our values.”

CES opened 20 branches during the fiscal year — 19 in the U.S. and one in New Brunswick, Canada. The U.S. expansion included Puerto Rico and CES’ first Rhode Island location, bringing the company’s U.S. footprint to 32 states. The New Brunswick opening marked CES’ first branch in its seventh Canadian province, extending its Canadian network to nearly 2,700 miles from Vancouver Island to Halifax.
CES is a third-generation, family-owned electrical wholesale distributor based in Dallas. The company describes itself as a top 10 electrical distributor in North America, with more than 5,000 team members serving customers across its branch network. CES’ model emphasizes local decision-making, internal growth and support for customers, vendor partners and local communities.
The fiscal year also included CES’ official launch of CES One-Line Service in partnership with Siemens. The offering is designed to reduce long lead times for panelboards and switchboards by streamlining the process from diagram to finished product in days, with 99% accuracy, CES said.

Feidler, who has been with CES for 29 years, joins Gray, who has four decades of experience with the company, in leading the distributor’s next phase.
“I’m honored to step into this role alongside John as we build on our already strong foundation,” Feidler said. “I am excited about the opportunities ahead as we continue growing and expanding our capabilities.”
