Plumbing, HVACR, and PVF supplies distributor F.W. Webb appointed two new positions to lead growth in the Northeast.
F.W. Webb Names New IT VP
F.W. Webb Company appointed Ryan Heusinkveld as its Vice President of Information Technology, to succeed SVP of IT Michael Michaud, who company officials said was “integral” to its success.

Michaud led the IT department for more than 15 years, officially started with F.W. Webb in 1991, but had been affiliated with the company for 40 years.
Heusinkveld will now lead the development and management of the technology infrastructure supporting the company’s growth across the Northeast.
“Ryan is a skilled, experienced, and visionary leader who is perfectly suited to guide our information technology department both today and into the future,” F.W. Webb Chief Operating Officer Bob Mucciarone said in a May 22 news release. “We are confident his hands-on, collaborative approach will keep us at the forefront of the industry while allowing us to meet our customers’ evolving needs in today’s rapidly changing technology landscape.”

Prior to joining F.W. Webb, Heusinkveld served as President and CEO at Smith Commerce, a digital commerce and marketing agency for B2B and B2C clients. He previously held leadership roles as Chief Technology Officer at Smith and Vice President of Technology at SapientRazorfish, following a decade as a technical architect and developer at Thomson Reuters.
“My vision for the IT department is twofold: building technological capabilities that drive and accelerate our business growth while developing a high-performing, self-sufficient IT team,” Heusinkveld said. “In doing so, we’ll create the framework necessary for providing valuable solutions to our customers.”
Sales Lead to Drive Growth in Northeast Region
F.W. Webb appointed Brian Cavossa as Director of Regional Sales for southern New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania to support the company’s growth and well-established presence across the region.

As a seasoned wholesale industry professional with nearly 30 years of experience in direct oversight of sales, operations and human resources functions, Cavossa will lead efforts to advance initiatives across F.W. Webb’s 16 disciplines at the 17 locations within his territory.
