St. Louis-based HVAC, plumbing and appliance products distributor mSupply announced Oct. 1 that it promoted Chief Commercial Officer Phil Mause to President, effective Sept. 30.
Mause will oversee sales, operations, supply chain, digital, eCommerce, marketing and merchandising. The combined organization will focus on expanding next-day access to the company’s HVAC parts assortment across its distribution network and digital channels.
Asterios Satrazemis remains CEO, overseeing corporate strategy, capital allocation, acquisitions and long-term direction.
“Our next opportunity is bigger: putting our full HVAC parts offering within reach of every customer across our entire physical and digital footprint,” Satrazemis said.
Before mSupply, Mause served as Senior Vice President of Strategic Accounts and Services at RB Global, where he oversaw parts procurement platform SmartEquip. He also co-founded equipment rental market intelligence provider Rouse Rental Insights.
The promotion continues a series of leadership appointments since the company rebranded from Marcone Group in March 2025. That change applied to the parent company, while operating businesses retained established identities, including Marcone in appliance parts and regional brands in HVAC distribution.
Prior to Mause’s appointment as president, the company has announced these other leadership moves so far in 2026:
- Srini Sundarrajan, Chief Information Officer: Announced Feb. 18, the former Ryerson CIO joined to oversee technology, enterprise systems strategy and platform modernization. He brings more than 30 years of IT leadership experience.
- Jeff Burwell, Vice President of Merchandising: Announced Feb. 25, Burwell became the company’s first executive in the role, responsible for developing its merchandising function and coordinating category strategy, channel execution and digital merchandising. He previously held leadership roles at Supply Chimp, Ferguson and Build.com.
- Richard Garza, Vice President of HR Operations: Announced Aug. 26, Garza joined to lead Total Rewards and Payroll, bringing experience in acquisitions, HR systems and compensation and benefits strategy.
In 2025, mSupply announced Ray Andrews as Chief Financial Officer andt named Bryce Koch Senior Vice President of Digital Innovation — a newly created role overseeing its digital ecosystem and providing direction for marketing and eCommerce. Koch previously served as Ferguson’s Vice President of Digital Commerce.
The leadership changes have accompanied distribution investments. In 2025, mSupply opened a Denver distribution hub and relocated its Portland-area distribution center to an 80,000-square-foot facility in Vancouver, WA. The company reported approximately 2,000 employees across the U.S. and Canada in August.
