Winsupply has inked its first acquisition of 2026 as the diversified distributor of residential and commercial plumbing and HVAC equipment, industrial supplies and more continues to expand.
On Feb. 16, Winsupply shared that it has acquired Central Corp. — a distributor HVAC equipment and parts based in Appleton, WI. The company began doing business as Winsupply of Appleton that same date under the leadership of Cory Pelisek.
Central Corp. operates from a single location with seven employees and has been family-owned since its 1977 founding. Co-Owners Jim Trunk and John Geurts — who bought the company in 1993 from their father-in-law, Jerry Shortt, will remain at the company in outside sales.
“This acquisition will accelerate Winsupply’s HVAC growth in the Wisconsin market,” said Jeff Dice, President of Winsupply. “This will also expand and strengthen our capacity with American Standard and Trane HVAC equipment.”
Winsupply’s previously most recent acquisition was of Connecticut-based HVAC distributor R.A. Novia & Associates, announced this past fall.
Winsupply has over 9,000 employee-owners.
