MRO supplies distributor GradeEight Supply has acquired Bolt & Screw Supply, a fastener and industrial supplies distributor serving customers across the U.S. Midwest.

Founded in 1989, Bolt & Screw is based in Springdale, AR and offers a range of fastener products along with abrasives and other MRO supplies to customers in Northwest Arkansas.

According to a Dec. 29 news release, Bolt & Screw Supply will continue to operate independently under its existing name, maintaining its current leadership team, employees, customer relationships, and day-to-day operations.

“This acquisition is about continuity and capability,” said Cody Patterson, President of GradeEight. “Bolt & Screw Supply has built an exceptional business with deep customer relationships, experienced people, and a strong local reputation. Our intent is to keep their operation intact while supporting future growth.”

With headquarters in Plano, TX,  the acquisition expands GradeEight Supply’s brick-and-mortar and distribution presence in the Midwest and will bring inventory closer to customers to strengthen service levels across the region.
