Imperial Brady has named Willis Weirich as Senior Vice President of Operations, the newly-merged JanSan, foodservice and packaging supplies distributor announced June 18.
“We are excited to welcome Willis to Imperial Brady,” Tillis said in the company’s announcement. “He is a proven operations leader with extensive experience building high-performing teams, optimizing complex supply chains, and supporting scalable growth. Willis brings the expertise and leadership that will help us continue strengthening our operations and delivering exceptional service to our customers.”
Weirich brings more than two decades of leadership experience in supply chain, operations and distribution. He most recently served as Executive Vice President and Chief Supply Chain Officer at SRS Distribution, where he led a nationwide supply chain organization supporting growth and operational expansion. Before SRS, he held senior leadership roles with Neiman Marcus, Target and Airgas.
“I’m excited to join Imperial Brady and work alongside such a talented team,” Weirich said. “The organization has built a strong reputation and a customer-focused culture. I look forward to advancing operational excellence, supporting our customers, and helping drive continued growth.”
With approximately $10 billion in 2025 revenue, Imperial Brady was No. 2 on MDM’s Top Distributors List for JanSan/Packaging/Disposables, trailing only Uline.
Imperial Brady was formed from the March merger of Imperial Dade and BradyPLUS. In May, the company launched the Imperial Brady brand as a unified identity for the combined JanSan, foodservice and industrial packaging supplies distributor, which has more than $10 billion in annual revenue and over 13,000 employees across North America.
The leadership appointment follows another mid-June update from the company. On June 15, Imperial Dade Canada — a regional business unit of Imperial Dade — said it completed its previously announced acquisition of Enterprise Paper Holdings, Ltd., a Canadian-owned distributor of paper, packaging and janitorial products with locations in British Columbia and Alberta.
Imperial Dade Canada said the transaction expands its distribution network across Western Canada. Financial terms of the private transaction were not disclosed.
