Vector Building Products —  a new Division 10 specialty building products distribution platform established by Centre Lane Partners — announced its launch on Jan. 13, accompanied by the firm’s inaugural distributor partnership and naming a CEO.

Division 10 products cover essential but non-structural building products that include bathroom partitions and restroom accessories, lockers, fire extinguishers, signage, bike racks and whiteboards that finish a building and provide core functionality — often supplied by specialized contractors.

Dallas-based Vector said it has partnered with Spectrum Resource, which is a D10 distributor and contractor with branches in Dallas and Houston. Originally focused on the North Texas area, the company has since expanded all throughout Texas and surrounding states.

Meanwhile, Vector announced John Krawczyk has been appointed as the company’s CEO. He brings over three decades of building products distribution experience to the role. He most recently was CEO of Bridgewell Building Materials throughout 2024 after spending a year and a half as President of Professional Builders Supply’s Commercial division, and held vice president roles at Cook & Boardman from 2016-2021.

“We are delighted to welcome Spectrum Resource as our inaugural partner given Spectrum Resource’s strong legacy of exceptional service,” Krawczyk said in a news release. “We look forward to working with the Spectrum Resource team to accelerate growth and preserve local expertise and service, while continuing to build partnerships with other leading Division 10 distributors across the nation.”

Spectrum is led by President Jerry Pham.
