Perkins Paper Inc., Taunton, MA has agreed to buy certain assets of Cirelli Foods Inc. of Middleborough, MA, effective Nov. 1, 2010.

Perkins is a broadline wholesale distributor of foodservice paper, janitorial & sanitation, restaurant equipment & supplies and food products. Its main focus is the New England region, as well as New York and New Jersey.
The distributor is a member of UNIPRO, NPTA, ISSA, SEFA, DDA, IFDA, as well as being one of the founding members of Network Associates, Mount Prospect, IL.
